This is a 30 minute space for overwhelmed women and mothers who are ready for deeper support. On this call, we’ll gently explore: • What’s currently feeling heavy or dysregulating • How it’s showing up in your body and nervous system • What kind of support would truly help you feel steady again This isn’t a pressure call. It’s a grounded, supportive conversation where you get to feel what it’s like to be held in my work. By the end, you’ll have more clarity on what your nervous system needs — and whether working 1:1 together feels aligned. This call is for women who are genuinely considering personalised support.
